Pasta
and Sauerkraut

can of sauerkraut (I use Bavarian, but plain is good, too) Prepare the pasta as directed on the box. Sauté the onions in the olive oil. When the pasta is ready, combine the pasta, onions, and sauerkraut (I drain the kraut and rinse it off). Mix well and either put in a crockpot for 30 minutes or you can put it in the oven for 30 minutes, at 350. To serve, I just put a little soy margarine on mine, and a little salt and pepper. It's very good! |
