of crushed tomatoes
1 Bag of spinach
3 small zucchinis
1 package of sliced mushrooms
1/2 large spanish onion
3 - 5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar (or less)
Seasoning salt
Italian spices (mixture of oregano, basil, etc.)
Marjoram
Pepper (to taste)
Splash of red wine (cheap)
Mix ingredients.
