I’m talking about using that kombucha you’ve been brewing. If you’re like me there is a constant flow of kombucha in brewing in kitchen.  I love it.  It is so versatile, as a general standard I use organic black and green tea, with organic sugar. Its delicious as is, and provides you with an abundance of good bacterias. Continuing a second brew adding  fruit or other tea flavors you fancy is possible once you have removed the scoby. By adding fruit, fruit juice or medicinal herbs you can create a drink according to your taste and needs.  I even use kombucha for the base of my smoothies, just as I like to use my dairy free coconut yoghurt, or chaga tea as a smoothie base, it really brings up the level of nutrition that your body receives, allowing for long lasting stable energy thought the day. There is endless information about Kombucha , its benefits and how to make you own on the internet, just google Kombucha benefits or wikihow to learn how to make it. So in hopes of not being repetitive, here I will just give you this super-green kombucha recipe. If you are already making kombucha at home this is a great way to get an extra dose of greens, protein (if you use hemp powder), as well as probiotics in one go, no morning preparation needed. This can become an easily adopted healthy addition to your normal superfood practices.  Keep it around and you will never miss out on how great you can feel. No flu season for us!
