Raw Gingerbread Balls

Ingredients 

ingredients for raw ginger bread balls

makes 10  raw cookie balls

1 3/4 cup almond flour
1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 large or 4 small dates
2 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp cookie spices (cinnamon,clove,ginger,anis,nutmeg)
3 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp raw cacao
1 pinch of salt

Method

Mix all ingredients in the food processor. Roll the “dough” into small balls in your hand. Roll the balls into topping of choice like cacao, coconut flakes, or almond flour. Place in the dehydrator for 4 hours or the oven low heat 46 degrees Celsius. Optionally you can just harden them in the fridge.
