1 Cup almond flour (or cashew ground up in the processor)
4 Tbsp non dairy milk
2 tsp Molasses (coconut nectar or raw honey if allowed)
6 large dates chopped
1 Cup Oats
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Raisins
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Clove
1/4-1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Process dry ingredients together then add dates, raisins and slowly add the nut milk pulse all ingredients together, add more dry or wet ingredients as needed to get a thick and sticky desired dough consistency .
Place dough into a bowl and roll into palm size balls with the palm of your hand , you can eat immediately or cool in the fridge for a harder consistency, or optionally you can press slightly to flatten and place in the dehydrator at 115 degrees Fahrenheit or 45 Celsius for 10-12 hours for a more chewy cookie.
